Do you accept walk-ins?
No — the studio is private and by appointment only, one client at a time. Use the booking page to reserve a time.
What happens at my first appointment?
Every visit starts with a real skin consultation so Alesya can see what your skin needs that day, then the Custom Facial is adjusted around it — there’s no need to know exactly what your skin needs before you arrive.
What should I do before my appointment?
Come with a clean face if possible, and try to avoid strong actives like retinol for a day or two beforehand.
Where is the studio?
It’s a private studio in the Sacramento area. The exact address is shared once your appointment is confirmed.
Can you treat sensitive, acne-prone or dehydrated skin?
Yes — that’s Alesya’s focus. The Custom Facial is built around barrier-first care, which is especially suited to reactive, dry, dehydrated or breakout-prone skin.
Do you sell products for home?
Yes — Alesya recently introduced GlyMed+, a professional-grade line, for homecare between visits. Message her if you’re not sure what to order and she’ll build a regimen for your skin.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates are available — ask through Instagram or the contact page.
How do I reschedule?
Please give as much notice as you can if your plans change — message on Instagram or through the booking form and Alesya will help find a new time.
